How long should it take for me to receive my order?
If you provide your e-mail address at time of order placement, we’ll gladly send you order progress alerts and tracking information. Orders ship within 48 business hours of being received. Ground shipments leave via courier (USPS-Postal Service). What are your shipping and handling rates?
The Institute for Healthy Living offers Flat Rate Shipping on all ground orders. Our standard rates for shipping and handling are as follows. All domestic ground shipping is free on orders totaling 80.00 or more; excluding International, expedited, or special packaging shipments.

USPS Priority Mail $9.95

What if I am looking for something that you do not show on your website?
NUTRAHERBUSA carries thousands of items but not all of them are listed sometimes due to unavailability. If you’d like to order something that’s not listed on our website, please contact our customer service department.

Back Orders or Out of Stock Items

In the event, there is an item you’ve requested that we show as ‘Back Ordered’, Please be assured that we are working quickly to get these items to you. To make up for this inconvenience, we do waive the shipping and handling costs associated with your Back Order. 

Delivery:

If you find that your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please notify us immediately and we will investigate it promptly to minimize any further delay.

Damages:

We make every effort for safely pack and ship all packages, but sometimes they may be damaged in transit. Please report such damages to us as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the unused portion for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are older than 60 days will not be accepted.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for ten or more of the same item. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return.  All other returns of the same item must be in the original factory-sealed packaging for a refund.

Instructions for returning merchandise:
  1. Please use sturdy packaging, especially for unopened items that you are returning.
  2. Include a copy of the invoice from your original order and provide the reason for your return or exchange. In case of exchanges, please indicate the item you actually want.
  3. Mail your package to the address listed below.
